Dear All

Peace Upon You

This is my first contribution in this forum, actually i dodnt write in any forum before so i hope it will be usefull, just do the steps and you will feel the differences

Inorder to make it easier to understand and cause of the long time pictures takes to be created i will explain what you all need to do in 4 lessons , a lesson daily will be puplished

First Lesson - Starting Windows In Safe Mode, Disabling System Restore, and disabling all startup items that are not important for windows to start

Note: I will write this subject in English cause im very slow in arabic typing, ,,,,,,, will add an arabic translation for the subject

in this subject we will first learn how to check if our computer is ,,,,,, or if we are infected with any virus, and how to remove it, then what is the best steps to make sure we wont be ,,,,,, again ever

A - Here i will tell you few steps , doing them will remove any antivirus you may have, to know if your ,,,,,, you may need to be alittle more experienced with windows, so i will give few steps , just do them and u will be 100% safe Inshallah

B -Restart Your Pc (Computer) , and while the computer booting keep hitting the key F8 to go to boot menu , you will see some choices such as SAFE MODE, SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING, LAST GOOD KNOWN CONFIGIRATIONS .......... ETC. just Choose Safe Mode by using keyboared arrows then hit Enter key and your windows will start in he safe mode status. ( we will work in safe mode status to make sure nothing else than windows components will start with windows , this because some viruses if they are running will write themselves to run again if we are not in safe mode - even if we remove them)

C -Second step we will do, is to disable Windows Xp restore Point feature, because some viruses inject themselves there so when u remove virus and restart pc it return it self to work again, to disable restore point you need to do the following explained with pictures

Right Click On My Computer Then Choose Properties as in Picture-1

After Clicking On Properties a windows will open , you must choose System Restore Then Choose Turn Off System Restore On All Drives as shown in the coming thee Pictures below

Now After We Disabled System Restore We Can Continue Our Procedure

Next step Now

All Viruses and hacking tools add them to the windows xp startup list so our goal now to disable what ever start else than what is needed for windows xp to run and we will do that by going to star meny clicking on start then going to Run writing MSCONFIG thre and to hit enter as the following picture show

In Run Write this command MSCONFIG and hit enter as the following picture show

A window will show up and you must click on startup then remove all ticks from the list then click ok as following picture show

Now it will ask if you want to restart your windows, just click on Exit
Without Restarting as the following picture show

Now We Reached The End Of The First Lesson, We Will Continue Tomorow Inshallah, Jus Wait Second Lesson, Where We Will Learn How To Clean The Computer From Any Hacking Tool Or Viruses

hi again

i tryed the way
but he thing is my PC is already infected with the virus
so when i worked in safe mode and did what you said
and when i reached the part where we have to enter MSCONFIG in to run and run it, my PC restarted

which means that the virus is working even in safe mode option

so what i did is search the add/remove programs to check if there are eny unusual programs
and i found one program named"hp instant support" i tried to remove it but it didn't work
the computer restarted again

I Think i know what kind of virus u have and its one of the worst viruses you may get, its downloaded and installed automaticlly with what called search assistant toolbar, the virus cannot start in safe mode but it disable some winxp services and replace some files of winxp system, i will now start working in the rest of the lesson i will explain some programs you need to do scan with them and some steps , and your pc will be clean, it may take long time cause of the way i preset it with pictures so if you want a faster solution add me at palestines@gmail.com on the msn messenger it will be my pleasure to help.
